About us

North London Masons are a passionate, friendly skilled team of bricklayers and restorer masons who work in the residential and commercial sector.
We understand the importance of lime mortars on listed and period properties

and protecting our great built heritage.
We have been lucky enough to work on projects such as, Dulwich College, The Woodhall Estate, The Great Hall of Lincolns Inn, Eton Primary and Star and Garter in Richmond London.

What we do

​

We do our best to have a sustainable approach to our work to help the environment, by cleaning bricks for re-use, making our own concrete and hardcore bases and renovating instead of completely re-doing something.

We can cast most masonry units onsite to match such things as moulded/sculpted bricks or stone, as these can be very expensive to replace or alternatively in some situations  we can use a plastic repair method (mortar repair) in-situ with pulverised stone or brick dust to match the masonry unit.

We use specialist restoration methods in order to make our repairs undetectable to the surrounding masonry and keep uniformity, such as patch pointing and brick repairs, We also specialise in clinker walls, also known as burrs and wasters, sourcing the overburnt bricks for these walls can be very difficult and expensive, so we have methods to make up shortfalls.
